The entalks Influential Awards recognize the individuals that are shaping culture, community, business, and humanity within our communities. These are individuals who affect positive change large and small on their block, in their organization, in their community, in their city or region by use of their influence because an issue goes unseen, unheard, overlooked, disregarded, ignored and they are called to do something about it.

No! The entalks Influential Awards believe in reducing barriers of access. It's important to us that there's no cost to the nominees, nominators, and attendees. We are supported by our generous sponsors who share our values of community.

As we are launching entalks Influential Awards on a rolling basis, you can find the awards dates at http://www.entalks.com/awards. The entalks Influential Awards are broadcast online, and are free to attend. A recording will be made available for those who are unable to attend the live broadcast.

The majority of our nominations are anonymous, so it's very likely we're not going to know! We keep the nomination process as inclusive as possible by not requiring nominators to tell us who they are or why they're nominating someone. We have found in previous awards that we get the most balanced, inclusive, and diverse pool of nominees with this approach. It's natural to be curious about who nominated you, but just know someone out there has noticed the work you're doing and feels you deserve recognition.

Once nominated, nominees: Complete a seven-question questionnaire, which helps identify which of the seven categories they will be honored for. Submit a professional AI headshot taken with their mobile device. Receive a personalized award graphic for sharing and printing. Three honorees in each category from all the nominees in each category are then chosen to be recognized during the awards broadcast. Those chosen to be honored: Submit a short acceptance video Receive an awards graphic designating their category honoree status
